Delivery
Delivery to a bpost pick-up point (bpack): € 5.95. Home delivery via bpost: € 6.95. You choose your pick-up point at checkout. Free pickup in Kortrijk is also possible.

Return policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If the item is not quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags must still be attached. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days by bank transfer. If (part of) the order was paid with a gift card, that amount is credited back to the gift card on return and is not paid out in cash; the balance remains valid for a future purchase. Any remainder paid with another payment method is refunded via that method.
