2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer and order on maceshop.be. By placing an order you accept them.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Obvious errors do not bind MACÉ. Collections are limited: when it’s gone, it’s gone.
4. Payment
Pay with Bancontact and other offered methods, by bank transfer or on pickup. Orders are processed once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery to a bpost pick-up point in Belgium (bpack): € 5.95. Home delivery via bpost: € 6.95. Free pickup in Kortrijk. Delivery times are indicative.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us via Instagram or e-mail and return the item within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the customer.
7. Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached. After receipt and inspection, the amount is refunded within 14 days by bank transfer. If (part of) the order was paid with a gift card, that amount is credited back to the gift card on return and is not paid out in cash; the balance remains valid for a future purchase. Any remainder paid with another payment method is refunded via that method.
8. Warranty
The legal 2-year conformity warranty applies. Report defects as soon as possible via Instagram or e-mail.
9. Complaints and disputes
Belgian law applies; disputes fall under the courts of West Flanders, Kortrijk division. Consumers can also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Personal data is only used to process your order. See the privacy policy.
